Graphics Designing and Animation Trainer

As a Graphics Designing and Animation Trainer, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding students in the fields of graphic design, animation, and visual communication. Your primary duties will include:
Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive training modules and course materials for graphic design and animation programs, covering topics such as digital illustration, motion graphics, 3D modeling, and multimedia production.

Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students, utilizing industry-standard software tools and techniques for graphic design and animation, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, or Blender.

Skill Development: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, providing practical exercises, projects, and assignments to help students develop their technical skills and artistic abilities in graphic design and animation.

Critique and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and critique on student work, guiding them in improving their design concepts, visual aesthetics, and animation techniques.

Industry Insights: Share industry insights, trends, and best practices with students, helping them understand the current landscape of graphic design and animation and prepare for careers in the field.

Portfolio Development: Assist students in building and refining their portfolios, showcasing their best graphic design and animation projects to potential employers or clients.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers, instructors, and industry professionals to organize workshops, guest lectures, and networking events for students to enhance their learning experience and industry connections.

Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, providing guidance and support in their academic and career pursuits in graphic design and animation.

Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and animation through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

Proven experience in graphic design and animation, with at least X years of professional experience.

Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and animation software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, animation, and visual communication.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and techniques in a clear and engaging manner.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence in graphic design and animation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,017.30 - ₹35,000.00 per month
