Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. You will play a key role in crafting engaging and impactful motion graphics for product videos, promos, and other visual content.

This role requires a deep understanding of motion design principles, along with a strong ability to collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to bring design systems and UI elements to life through animation.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with design teams to develop and improve design components, patterns, templates, guidelines, and design tools, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand identity across all visual touchpoints.

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for product videos, promos, explainer videos, and other visual content.

- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Element 3D, and Unreal Engine 5 to create visually stunning and engaging animations.

- Maintain a high degree of UI craft, ensuring animations seamlessly integrate with existing design systems and user interfaces.

- Deeply understand platform-specific design patterns and design systems to ensure animations are optimized for the intended platform.

- Work collaboratively with other designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and refine concepts.

- Present design ideas clearly and concisely, incorporating feedback into the final product.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in motion design.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or a related field.

- Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging motion graphics for various purposes.

- In-depth knowledge of motion design principles and animation techniques.

- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro.

- Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D (a plus).

- Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or similar real-time rendering engines (a plus).

- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation.

- Deep understanding of platform-specific design patterns and design systems.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- A passion for motion design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

- Portfolio that showcases a diverse range of skills and a strong ability to tell stories through animation.
