Position: Motion Graphic Designer
- Location: Bangalore, India

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team in a rapidly growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including designers, animators, and video editors, to conceptualize and execute creative ideas and concepts.
- Create storyboards and design concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Utilize various software tools and technologies to bring motion graphic designs to life.
- Edit and enhance raw footage to create seamless and visually appealing motion graphics.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of motion graphic designs across different platforms and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools in the motion graphics industry.
- Work within project timelines and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Provide creative input and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of motion graphic designs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in using industry-standard software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic designs and animations.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design ideas and concepts.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, animation, or a related field is preferred.
