What are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about motion graphics and have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation. They should be able to bring concepts to life through captivating animations and visuals, while also collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.z


What will you be responsible for?

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for various projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, explainer videos, social media content, and visual effects.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Translate concepts and scripts into visually engaging and dynamic animations that effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Create storyboards, style frames, etc. to outline and present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continually enhance skills and maintain a high level of proficiency in motion graphics design.
  • Collaborate with other designers to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into larger projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, animation, motion graphics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate ideas to clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a collaborative team player.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work, including examples of animations, visual effects, and design concepts
  • Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus but not required.
