**Job Opportunity at SILAII: Retail Store Salesperson**

Now SILAII is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Store Salesperson.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage store operations, ensure stock availability, and maintain customer data.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash, manage inventory, and maintain the store’s presentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail sales; freshers or those with at least 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Understanding of retail sales processes and customer engagement.
- Proficient in inventory management and familiar with POS systems like Shopify.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Educational background in Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred.
