- Proatively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise effective sales strategies and approaches.
- Ensure quick execution of tasks and adapt swiftly to new responsibilities.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends, products, and market dynamics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/Btech.), Computer Applications (MCA), Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information persuasively and effectively.
- Flexible with working hours, adapting to changing schedules and demands.
- Strong interest in a sales-focused role and a genuine passion for contributing to the sales team's success.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Energetic and proactive approach to achieving targets and goals.
- Alignment with the organization's cultural values and commitment to being a cultural fit.
- Background from a middle-class family or lower-middle-class background is preferred.
- Strong execution skills with a track record of quick task completion.
