Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project tasks, manage activities, timelines, and information.
- Break projects into action plans and set task deadlines.
- Define project requirements, scope of work, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal / external teams with timelines, record tasks updates and update timelines.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Monitor Projects / Tasks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
- Contract external resources for QA testing, and cross-browser / device behaviors.
- Collaborate with external Dev team for custom projects.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Experience in fast paced project management, from conception to delivery.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and develop action plans.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong working knowledge of a decoupled architecture, headless tech stack, Microsoft Business Central
- Hands-on experience in Wrike or comparable project management tools.
- BS in Computer Science / Master’s in Business Management or related field required.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
