We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

**You’ll make a difference by**:

- Co-ordination with Level 2, BA’s and other stake holders for providing appropriate resolution.
- Supervise inbound queries and take proactive measures to ensure all process KPIs are met.
- Excellent communication skills with neutral accent
- Timely response to queries from internal customers/ stakeholders.
- Participate actively in all the org level initiatives as well as employee engagement activities.
- You are a good team player and proactively initiate the process improvements.

- You have Fluency in communication skills, written and verbal.
- You have Knowledge or exposure to SAP is an added advantage.
- You have Excellent organization skills, and forward thinking.
