Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed customer service performance goals and targets
**Requirements**:
- 12th or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in shifts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
