Sales Associate

Darla Ceramics, a leading provider of high-quality ceramic products, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Mysore. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the success of our showroom.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing information about our ceramic products.
2. Actively engage in the sales process, from understanding customer needs to closing transactions.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our ceramics, highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective selling techniques.
5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide professional solutions to ensure satisfaction.
6. Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handling various payment methods.
7. Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring an inviting and pleasant shopping environment.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to a positive work culture.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
10. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 - 3 years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Enthusiastic and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of ceramics or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
