Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Hindi/English Speaking)

NammaSpace, a leading construction company, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Field Sales Executive. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth by searching for houses available for rent and successfully placing them with prospective tenants. The primary focus of this role is to facilitate seamless transactions between landlords and tenants, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research and actively search for houses available for rent in the designated area.
2. Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and real estate agents.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and preferences.
4. Conduct property viewings, showcasing available rental properties to interested tenants.
5. Negotiate rental terms and conditions between landlords and tenants, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings and documentation.
7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication throughout the rental process.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in Hindi and English languages, both written and spoken.
2. Previous experience in field sales, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with landlords and tenants.
4. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns in a professional manner.
6. Good knowledge of local rental market trends, property laws, and regulations.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms for property listing and communication.
Note: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for this role, as it involves frequent travel within the designated area.
