- Collect detailed information about each property, including rental rates, dimensions, amenities, and landlord contact details.
- Verify property listings and ensure the accuracy of data collected.

- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards while interacting with property owners.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in real estate, field data collection, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HSR Layout and its surrounding areas is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Has a Two Wheeler and a Decent smartphone.
