Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy to achieve the target of selling 15 flats within the specified timeframe.
Identify and engage with potential buyers through various channels, including online and offline marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to drive sales opportunities.
Organize and participate in property viewings, open houses, and other promotional events to showcase the properties.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, online content, and advertising campaigns.
Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Porvorim, Goa.
Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets within set timelines.

**Salary**: ₹12,332.94 - ₹35,000.00 per month
