**Education Qualification: -** Graduate/Diploma in Engineering
**Experience & Skills.**
- Experience in Project building material industry of products like, plywoods, cement fiber products, tiles, paints, aluminium composite panels, roofing materials & steel products, glass products or other similar materials.
- Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
- Responsible for setting up Project Dealers & Channel Partners in the assigned areas.
**Job Description: -**
- Market and sell company products to current and potential customers
- Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and project the no. of contacts to be made
- Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers.
- Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
- Prepare presentations & proposals.
- Maintain sales and marketing collaterals
- Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
- Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
- Ensure payments are received by due date
- Any other duties assigned as deemed fit by the Management from time-to-time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
