**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or business development (2+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
