**About the Role**

You will be responsible for reaching out and supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny. You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Building a relationship with the customer over call as the first point of contact from Spinny
- Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling customer visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to take further

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years relevant work experience in call center / BPO / tele-sales
- Graduate degree
- Fluent verbal communication skills - English and regional language

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Work on sales leads to take inbound and outbound calls to consult customers on pre-owned cars
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable options for them
- Schedule Hub Inspector visits at customer home for the inspections and teams to take it further
- Be a customer champion by ensuring superb experience with Spinny.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Consultants are expected to be go-getters who are agile and high on energy
- Excellent verbal communication skills - English and Marathi.
- Must have good analytical skills
- Should be persistent, smart, and quick to respond to customers
- Must be willing to learn about automobile

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
