**Role**:
As a Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective cold calling and lead generation strategies. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients, ultimately converting leads into successful partnerships for MirrAR. We are also seeking an independent sales professional who can take ownership of their sales efforts and drive results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling campaigns to prospect potential clients and generate leads.
- Utilize various channels to identify and reach out to target customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach efforts.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with MirrAR's solutions and offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales approaches.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance to optimize strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or digital solutions environment.
- Proven track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
