- Clearing and posting petty cash Expenses at branch (Stationery, cash freights, water charges & other small branch expenses) in SAP
- Supervise the Accounting operation Like preparation of Sales Invoice and Supporting Documents at Depot, recording the Receipt note and Purchase Entry all by the C&F
- Dealing with Customer queries and Complaints in relation to Account reconciliation, payment receipt and sales accounting matter.
- Forwarding the same to HO with complete documentation for reimbursements
- Customer Accounts Reconciliation
- Calculation of Cash Discount, Price Difference Credit note as per eligibility for approval.
- Bank Reconciliations, cash Reconciliations, & All Reconciliations (Debtors and Creditors)
- Liaoning with CA for Internal Audit

Monitor & supervise Depot Operation
- Daily checking of inwards & Outwards
- Monthly Twice physical count of pallets
- Assist SAP related issues if encountered
- Half-yearly Physical Stock Count

Payment Receiving & deposition
- Receiving all Local Customer Cheque
- Receving upcountry cheque thru courier
- Raising of MR ( Money Receipt)
- Deposition of cheques direct or through CMS

Logistics for the state
- Monitor & supervise Local Carting
- Monitor & Supervise Upcountry Logistics
- Look for alternative transport arrangement in case service issues
- Receiving of local Carting & transport service bills
- Carry primary checking & forwarding the same to HO
- Uploading of data in Transport module

Coordination
- Co-ordinate with branches for collecting various data as per management requirement
- Resolve the branches issues relating to:

- Stocks
- Vendor payments
- Fixed assets (Reconciliation & tallying of Fixed Assets at all branches with SAP)
- Damaged & defective stocks
- GRN of shortage or incorrect material
- Co-ordinate with the accounts team regarding all vendor invoice processing for payment within time line

Office Admin
- Branch Office responsibility (Whereever applicable)
- House Keeping

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nelamangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 4 years (required)
- Monitor & supervise Depot Operation: 3 years (required)
