**Job Summary**:As the Store Manager, you will serve as the primary custodian of our brand experience in our flagship store. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our clientele receives an unparalleled shopping and service experience that is commensurate with the luxurious products we offer. You will oversee store operations, manage our dedicated sales and service team, and cultivate an environment of design excellence and premium service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and meeting sales targets.
- Develop and implement store strategies to enhance sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and manage merchandise displays to optimize sales and maintain visual standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with grace, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to host in-store events, launches, and promotions.
- Analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform store strategy adjustments.
- Maintain the store's ambiance in line with our brand ethos, ensuring it's clean, well-organized, and inviting.
- Cultivate relationships with interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Handle administrative duties, such as staff scheduling, payroll, and monthly reporting.
- Ensure all staff are trained and updated on product knowledge, interior design trends, and sales techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring the team towards excellence in every aspect.

**Salary**: ₹9,162.33 - ₹35,000.00 per month
