**Job Overview**:As an Inbound Sales Executive for a resume writing company, your primary responsibility is to handle incoming inquiries from potential clients interested in our services. You will play a vital role in converting these inquiries into sales, contributing to the company's revenue growth and reputation.

**Key Responsibilities - *No Cold Calling**
- Provide comprehensive information about service offerings, pricing, and the value of our expertise.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their career goals, challenges, and resume requirements.
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Develop a deep understanding of our resume writing services, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance clients' overall service experience.
- Collaborate with the resume writing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide clients with accurate information on service timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on inbound sales performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous process enhancement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inbound sales, preferably within the resume writing or career services industry but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
