Formal qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of experience working within sales in leading and managing function, including profit/loss responsibility
- Experience of working with new technologies e.g. broadcasting.
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Event Management corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
- Good knowledge of new technology and how to harness this to drive incremental sales or value growth
- Strong knowledge of selling services in a remote environment, both reactive and proactive
- Strong knowledge of the selling area within retail and major industries
- Strong knowledge of digital and remote selling techniques and drivers
- General knowledge of the contact centre industry and in particular the selling function within globally steered organisations
- Broad knowledge of sales mechanisms and the pulse of the market (customers, competition, news)
- Broad knowledge of the end to end buyer journey in the IKEA omnichannel reality and online customer behaviours
- Broad knowledge of the IKEA product range
- Strong knowledge of change management within a complex business environment
- High level of data/computer proficiency
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Solid commercial acumen
- Ability to direct efforts to set and achieve long term business objectives through direct leadership
- Strong interdependent leadership skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
- Ability to drive the commercial agenda in the management team in an inspirational and clear way, always with IKEA tone of voice
- Ability to analyse risks and consequences of a change initiative

**Your responsibilities**

Drive Remote Sales in the country, by executing and maximising the impact of the global Remote Sales strategy. Deliver Sales and Customer goals via a highly engaged team, creating best experience for remote customers and co-workers. Lead and manage the operational sales team within the country in alignment with the group sales counterpart.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
