Overview:
As an EdTech Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of PRAGRA. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals
- Manage and support the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems
- Oversee the IT team and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of telemarketing, inside sales, sales, customer service, technical sales, business development, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and present it in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
