Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments, coordinating meetings and events to optimize time and productivity.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and messages promptly and professionally.

3. Prioritize and organize incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.

4. Prepare and compile documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.

5. Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

7. Assist in preparing and managing the CEO's expenses and reimbursements.

8. Attend meetings alongside the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
