**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop robust decision-making trees and algorithms to enhance the functionality of our AI-based proctoring and assessment solutions.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to understand client needs and requirements for decision-making processes.-
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective utilization of our proctoring and assessment technologies.-
- Create clear and user-friendly documentation, including user guides, manuals, and tutorials, to support clients in implementing and optimizing decision-making processes.-
- Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and documentation based on evolving needs and best practices.-
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in decision-making methodologies and incorporate relevant insights into our solutions and training materials.- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to decision-making processes and our proctoring and assessment solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Education, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in building decision-making trees and designing decision support systems, preferably in the education or assessment industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating organized and accessible documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Prior experience in a client-facing role or training capacity is a plus.**Why Join Us**:
