**Job Title: Performance Marketer**
We are looking for a Performance Marketer for our ecommerce division. Someone who is very well-versed with google and Facebook experience.
l You will manage & execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and generate new and repeat revenue growth.
l You will create a go to market strategy and own 1 channel for execution
l Build new customer acquisition strategy and implement on Paid channels.
l You will play an active role in the formulation of the business/brand’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
l Develop effective performance management engagements that support the achievement of the business’s overall targets, goals, and objectives.
l Responsible for constantly optimizing marketing activities to improve return on investment.
l Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
l Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources, and strong customer loyalty
l Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook and Google, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic
l Ensure the optimum performance marketing channel mix that will include digital media, offline channels, analytics and CRM
l Build acquisition channels across paid and organic channels, with close attention to efficiency of growth spends and constant experimentation
l Actively managing and growing Paid campaigns for new and existing categories and markets
l Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize upon the existing referral funnels.
l Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives, leading up to metrics around sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC and NPS
l Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions leading to an engaging customer experience
l Evaluating the performance of the channels at regular intervals based on relevant KPIs and conducting A/B tests to deliver conversion growth
l Building reports for your channels and making insights out of it for actionable activation.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**:
l Experience in working with a D2C brand or an agency
l Experience of 2-4 years into performance marketing
l Well Versed with attribution platforms like Branch, Adjust, Appsflyer.
l Experience working with ecommerce is preferred
l Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media and other digital channels.
l Expertise in increasing the organic growth vs paid
l Experience in creating end to end online customer journey
l Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
l Proficiency in analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
**Preferred Education **:Any Graduate or Post Graduate (BE/ME/MCA/BCA/(BE+MBA)
**Work Location & Job Type**:You’ll be required to work full-time from our head office in Indore
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
