Job Title: Digital Marketing Performance StrategistJob Description:

A career opportunity exists for an experienced digital marketing performance strategist to join our team at Bigul. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong performance marketing strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy across multiple digital channels, including paid social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve specific business objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion rate improvement.
  3. Channel Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform data-driven decisions.
  4. Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively across all digital channels to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Degree in Marketing or Business Administration: A postgraduate degree in marketing or business administration is required.
  2. Performance Marketing Experience: 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the BFSI/e-commerce industry.
  3. Marketing Skills: Strong expertise in campaign and channel analysis, reporting, and budget management.
  4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights.
Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
