As a Customer Support Executive at Paymonk, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance with their queries and concerns. You will be the frontline representative of our company, interacting with customers via various channels to address their needs promptly and professionally. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Educate customers about our products, services, and features to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior staff for resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, product development, and operations, to address customer needs and improve processes.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by sharing feedback, ideas, and best practices with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if required.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
