**Customer Support Executive**

**Salary**: 2.4 LPA to 3.0 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Making Outbound Calls.
- Handling inquiries/complaints from customers, targeting satisfactory closure.
- Developing relationships with premium clients and customers, thus enhancing the business.
- Making Sales calls.
- Providing help and advice to customers using the organization’s product.
- Customer Satisfaction and improve services.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers.
- Consistency in quality.
- Setting up appointments.
- Manage CRM.
- Good Communication skills
- Computer Skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
