Designation: Chat Support Executive
Location: Noida
The key expectations of the role:
· Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email or calls.
Providing accurate information and assistance related to our products and services.
· Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product usage and benefits professionally and courteously.
· Efficiently manage a high volume of chat conversations on a daily basis
· Engage with customers to identify potential leads and opportunities, and assist in converting leads into sales.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for future reference and analysis.
· Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall chat support experience.
· Work closely with other team members, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and provide support as needed.
Competencies required:
· Prior experience in chat support or customer service roles is preferred, with the ability to handle a large volume of chats effectively
· Strong understanding of health, wellness, Ayurveda, and Yoga principles and practices .
· Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
· Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field is preferred.
· A minimum experience of 1-3 years.
