**Responsibilities**:

- Assist shoppers with inquiries about store locations, mall events, amenities, and directions.
- Respond to customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously, working towards resolutions.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive demeanor at all times, fostering a friendly atmosphere.
- Provide support for mall events and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of mall policies and procedures.
- Uphold a clean and safe environment throughout the mall (reporting any maintenance issues).

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours (including evenings and holidays).
