Position: B2B Sales Executive

Working Locations - Nagpur, Vijayawada, Vizag, Tirupati

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to penetrate the furniture soft touch fabric and retail industry.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, building and maintaining a deep pool of potential clients.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our fur goods and accessories.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure sales agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Handling accounts and financial transactions related to B2B sales
- Managing orders and ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently
- Managing logistics and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients

- Following up on collections and ensuring timely payments from clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues they may have
- Fast learner and passion for sales

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a commission-based B2B sales executive, preferably in retail or the wholesale fabric industry.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful B2B sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong skill-set of data analytic tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must have fluency in English, Hindi

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the furniture industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- People Management and leadership skills
- Presentation Skills
- Financial and commercial acumen

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
