Position: Business Development Executive.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

3.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.

4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

5.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.

6.Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

7.Monitor industry developments and stay updated on market trends to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:
1.Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the construction industry.

2.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

3.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

4.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.

5.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.

6.A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving targets.

7.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

8. Good communication skill.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
