About ullas trust

Very early in its evolution, Ullas decided to focus its energy on students during the most vulnerable stage in their journey - adolescence This would translate into students from Class (Grade) 9th to 12th.

Through the “Touch the Soil “program, Ullas gives an opportunity to associates to “re-connect with their roots” along with their teams and conduct the ‘Can Do’ workshops in the districts of rural India. This helps motivate young minds in the rural canvas when they get an opportunity to interact with role models who made it big from within their environment.
**Overview of key performance Areas**

Database Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the database, ensuring information is accurate and entered in a timely manner to support operations team and program requirements. Also responsible for data entry, data structure, analysis and data quality control.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Monitoring system performance and identifying problems that arise
- Responding in a timely manner to user-reported errors
- Suggesting changes and improvements for database maintenance.
- Regularly liasing with IT project managers and database programmers.
- Creating regular tests of database functionality.
- Using the database to produce queries and reports.

**Requirements.**
- Extensive knowledge of database management
- Sound technical skills and administrative aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and assistance.

**Qualification**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MS SQL, Oracle Database etc.
- Familiarity with reporting tools.
