1.GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This role requires assisting in coordinating the response to LCL tenders and RFQs, supporting in LCL pricing, using tools for spot quotations, preparing reports, and supporting ad-hoc projects. The role holder should understand LCL pricing and the ability to achieve required TAT and conversion rate.

2. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Competitive Procurement of Ocean Freight rates, PAN India basis for Export as well as Imports.
- Competitive Procurement of Locals charges & business conditions - PAN India
- Coordinating with RHO and country PMs to get the desired support & focus on India.
- Develop and maintain relationship with the Ocean carriers Pan India
- Efficient flow of market intelligence and information, service launches & updates within the organization.
- Attending Global & Locals Tenders and submitting competitive value proposals.
- Steering the regions to maximize bookings with the core carriers. - as per RHO / GOF guidelines.
- Support sales function by providing feedback on the target accounts in achieving the budget figures.
- Supervising & monitoring of the regional procurement teams.
- Coordination with the regional product HODs and providing necessary support to retain and grow business

3. SKILLS REQUIRED
- 5-8 Years industry (freight forwarding) relevant industry experience.
- 2-4 years in a managerial role specifically should have strong cargo sales & airline operational background.
- Advanced user of MS Excel and Power Point software (preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
