**Responsibilities**:
1. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
2. Greet and assist visitors
3. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders as necessary.
4. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
6. Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements as needed.
7. Assist in the organization of office events, meetings, and conferences.
8. Maintain a filing system for important documents and records.
9. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
10. Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years
Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 (depending on experience and skills)
