Purpose of the role:

- To organize Job Fairs across Tamil Nadu for helping unemployed youth, aligning with Equitas Vision & Mission
- To coordinate with Equitas Business Teams ( Microfinance, VF, Retail ,Asset, Liability Teams ) and communities for organizing job fairs

Key Responsibilities:
a. To speak to business teams, Centre Leaders, Company HRs, NGOs, Industrial Associations, Sponsors and identify available job vacancies

b. To coordinate with Placement Consultants / Officers for organizing Job Fairs for the unemployed youth from Below Poverty Line( BPL ) families

c. To identify and liaise with educational institutions / community Halls / suitable venues for organizing Job fairs for the communities / households from BPL category

d. To identify and generate a database of sponsors, for organizing job fairs in each district

e. To achieve given targets as well as facilitate other CSR Team members achieving their Job Fair targets

f. Periodic Updation of databases and submitting reports periodically

g. Synergizing with other CSR team members for successfully organizing job fairs, promoting women entrepreneurship etc
- **Internal Interactions**

a. Immediate Manager ( Supervisor )

b. Business Team Branch / Cluster / Area Heads / DMs & Correspondent /HMs of Equitas Gurukul Schools

c. Deputy Vice President

Desired Experience:

- Minimum 2 Year experience in organizing Job Fairs /Placement Drive in colleges or with working experience in Training cum placement activities
- Organizing events, exhibitions / Udyog Mela / Rozgar Mela through sponsors
- Will be required to travel all over Tamilnadu, Pondicherry & Karnataka
- Languages : Should speak, read and write Tamil, English fluently, & fluency in other Languages are value addition
- Computer/technical skills (if any) : Computer knowledge / MS Office Applications

Qualifications:

- Post-graduation: Any P.G with Min 2 Years of experience
- Professional Qualifications: MBA
- Certifications (please specify):Not required
