**MAIN ASSIGNMENTS **
- The inside sales representative will be responsible for attending and developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process through account managers. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan business objective.

The role holder will establish corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers, attending inbound queries, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- To Meet/Exceed set business objectives - Quarterly and Yearly targets in the given territory / accounts.
- To Work with Account Managers to qualify opportunities
- To Work along with solutions team to create optimized solution
- To Lead and facilitate the customer discussions to convince on value proposition and positioning of the services.
- To Monitor and report that results including Order Booking
- To Work on quarterly GTM plan and track sales opportunities

Graduate

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- (Minimum years of experience required)_

3-4 years of experience in an outbound tele sales or a related sales position preferred.

**SKILLS**

(Technical aspects)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software’s.
- Design and development of client specific Data Center solutions leveraging market intelligence.
- Data Center Colocation Site Sourcing, Bid Management, Documentation & SLA negotiation

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
