Inside Sales Associate

**Inside Sales Associate** is an "_**intermediate Sales position**_"_ responsible for providing customer service assistance within their assigned territory or cluster, in coordination with the broader Sales acquisition team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which products and services meet their needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Qualify assigned sales leads by assessing requirement & challenges in customer supply chain.
- Analyze client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services.
- Generate new opportunities through outbound calling and micro-marketing activities.
- Organize marketing activities to get new sources of lead generation and new business.
- Conduct first level risk analysis to understand fitment with Intelog’s policies.
- Client handling beginning with sourcing and serve as the first point of contact for any client concerns.
**Qualifications**
- 6 months - 1 year of relevant inside sales experience (Not mandatory).
- Experience in the Logistics / Express / Bank or NBFC sector and sales preferred.
- General understanding of international trade, regulatory compliance and guidelines.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
