**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new investors and building long-term relationships with them. You will also be responsible for promoting Lendbox's investment products and services, conducting investor education sessions, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new investors through various channels such as referrals, digital marketing, and other networking activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales records in the company's CRM system.
- Provide guidance to investors on investment products, services, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct investor education sessions to educate investors on the benefits and risks of P2P lending.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly or monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their queries and concerns promptly.
- Track and report on investment performance and communicate the results to investors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6months of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
