We help brands communicate with their customers in a highly personalized and scalable way.

**Job Description**:
As a Customer Success Manager in an e-commerce company, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and success by overseeing the delivery of high-quality product images that align with the brand's vision and guidelines. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including 3D modelling, generation, image editing, and quality control, to track the progress of each image and ensure timely delivery. Your role involves understanding brand inputs, such as product information, mood boards, and style guides, and communicating these effectively across teams to maintain consistency and quality throughout the image creation process.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand brand inputs, including product information, mood boards, and style guides, to ensure alignment with the brand's vision and guidelines.

Collaborate with 3D modeling, generation, image editing, and quality control teams to track the progress of each image from conception to delivery.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity of project requirements and expectations.

Monitor the quality of product images and ensure they meet the brand's standards through thorough quality control processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the image creation workflow.

Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to address any issues or concerns related to product images and ensure timely resolution.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers regarding image-related inquiries or requests.

Skills Required:
Strong understanding of brand identity and guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project management skills, including the ability to track progress and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and quality assurance.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with image editing software and tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).

Prior experience in e-commerce or related industries is preferred.

**Must be able to partially overlap with US work timings**
