**JD for E Commerce Catalog Executive**
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all online channels.
- Utilize Macros and automation tools to handle bulk listings and streamline the catalog management process.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather product information, images, and other necessary details for listings.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze listing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform guidelines and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings and catalog management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms(Such as **Amazon, Flipkart**).
- Use automation tools to efficiently manage and upload large volumes of product data.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to align listings with promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Handle queries and issues related to product catalogs and provide solutions promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve catalog management processes.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. Ensure all entries adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Develop and enhance product content, including titles, descriptions, and bullet points, to improve search visibility and customer experience. Work with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices.
- Manage the onboarding process for new products, including gathering necessary information from suppliers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate listing.
- Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics, such as conversion rates and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed to enhance catalog quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, vendors, and marketing, to ensure alignment on catalog-related initiatives and address any issues or updates.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline catalog management operations. Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools or technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce catalog management, particularly with bulk listings and automation tools.
- Proficiency in using Macros and other automation tools for efficient data management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
