Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior AI Prompt Engineer to lead our fashion-focused AI image generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and refining AI prompts that produce stunning, trend-setting fashion images for various clients, while also mentoring and managing a team of prompt engineers. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, artistic vision, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry to ensure that AI-generated outputs meet each client's specific aesthetic and brand needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of AI prompt engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's efficiency and the quality of AI-generated fashion images
  • AI Prompt Creation: Develop, customize, and oversee the creation of AI prompts to generate fashion images that align with the goals and visual identity of different fashion brands and designers
  • Style Guidance: Efficiently use and adapt style templates to generate prompts that produce accurate, relevant, and high-quality AI fashion outputs
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fashion designers, stylists, AI developers, and other departments to ensure the AI meets the specified needs of clients and use cases
  • Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of clear and detailed documentation of prompt variations, style guides, and adjustments for future reference and quality assurance
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure all AI-generated images meet high standards before client presentation
  • Team Performance: Set performance goals for the team and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills to craft prompts that elicit visually stunning and fashion-forward AI-generated images
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure prompts capture specific design elements, fabrics, and styles accurately
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with fashion industry clients, team members, and other departments
  • Adaptability: Ability to work with a wide variety of fashion brands, from haute couture to streetwear, and guide the team in adjusting prompts to fit different aesthetics and goals
  • Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of AI image generation models and how prompts influence visual outputs
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in AI prompt engineering or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Advanced knowledge of AI image generation models like Stable Diffusion 
  • Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of style and ability to work across various fashion aesthetics
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and team management tools
