Position - CRM (Female)

Experience - 2 to 7 yrs

Salary - 15k to 25k

Location - Noida sector (5)

Job Descriptions:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all communications related to their projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project schedules and provide timely updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to find solutions that meet or exceed the client's expectations.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including new products and services, to provide clients with relevant information.
- Utilize Google Sheets to manage and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to convey data and project progress to clients and internal teams.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
