**Business Structure**:
We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Honda / TVS / Royal Enfield / Hero / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers. We require 1 Area Sales Executive per district so as to enhance customer reach & he required to be stationed at his hometown district and ensure complete area coverage from there.

**Work Experience, Qualification & Job Location**:
1. Work Experience:

- **Min 1-3 Yrs** in Two Wheeler **Spare Parts Sales** **ONLY** (TVS, Honda, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield etc.) (जिन CANDIDATES को Two Wheeler **Spare Parts Sales का Experience** है **केवल** **उन्हीं** के INTERVIEW होंगे।)

2. Job Location:

- **Transportnagar,** **Lucknow** (ट्रांसपोर्टनगर, लखनऊ) Only Local Resident of Lucknow will select **(केवल लखनऊ के स्थानीय निवासिओंं का ही चयन होगा)**

3. Academic Qualification:

- **Graduation** from Recognized University. (MBA preferred)

Interview Round:

- 1st Round **Telephonic** / 2nd Round **Face to** **Face** at Lucknow Head Office

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:

- Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
- Collect market feedback from retailers on product, pricing & schemes.
- Customer Complaints Resolution.
- Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.
- Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.
- Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.
- Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.
- Reporting : To the Hub Manager
- Professional Employment
- Will be working directly under the supervision of Royal Enfield Executives, which will provide a great exposure in the Automobile Components Industry.

- Basic computer skills - Mail, MS Excel
- Proficiency in Local Language
- Adhaar Card

**Compensation & Benefits:

- Rs 22,000/- per month
- Monthly Salary
- Rs 18,000/- + Incentive + Perks
- Basic Salary
- Minimum Rs. 12,000-14,000/- per month
- Minimum Monthly **Incentive** Rs 6,000-8,000/- (based upon performance)
- **Travel Allowance
- **Up to Rs. 5,000**-**8,000/- (Reimbursement)
- Will be covered under **PF & ESIC** benefits.
- Will be provided **Rs.1 Lakh** Medical Insurance and **Rs. 2 Lakh **Accidental Insurance.
