Job Description:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for hardware and laptop products.

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their IT requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our hardware and laptop offerings.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions meet the client's needs and requirements.

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.

Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics set by the management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in IT sales, particularly in hardware and laptop sales.

Strong understanding of IT products, hardware specifications, and laptop configurations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
