We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Executive to join our sales team and manage our network of distributors and retailers across the region. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our existing and potential stockists, ensuring timely delivery of orders, resolving issues and complaints of any and providing feedback and market insights to the management. Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new stockists in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and profitability of stockists and provide them with guidance and support.
- Coordinate with the CFAs to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to the stockists & timely collection of the payments.
- Handle stockist queries, complaints, and grievances and provide prompt and satisfactory solutions.
- Collect and analyze market data and customer feedback and report to the management on trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with stockists and maintain positive and long-term relationships.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Train and motivate the stockists and their staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
