Lumira Powers, a leading solar company specializing in renewable energy solutions, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Tender Executive to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization in the solar industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the end-to-end tendering process for solar projects, including but not limited to:

- Identifying and evaluating tender opportunities
- Preparing and submitting tender proposals in a timely manner
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather required information and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines

2. Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and developments.

3. Collaborate with sales, project management, and technical teams to develop competitive tender proposals that meet client requirements and align with company objectives.

4. Prepare and review tender documents, including technical specifications, commercial terms, and pricing proposals.

5. Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

6. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, correspondence, and documentation.

7. Assist in contract negotiations and facilitate the finalization of agreements with clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

3. Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation requirements, and contract management principles.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.

7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

8. Knowledge of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape is desirable but not mandatory.
