JobDescription:

1. To generate inhouse testingbusiness of Distribution Transformer Energy Meter Cable InsulatorSwitchgear Conductor Transformer Oil CRGO etc. from utilities ofRajasthan and Gujarat industries for approx. Rs. 5 to 8 Cr. peryear . He also has to promote business of Energy Audit Power SystemStudy Mechanical and Electrical Diagnostics business from Power andProcess Plants of Rajasthan and Gujarat regions as allotted to him.

2. To make new Members and to generate newcustomers from this region.

3. To organizecustomer meet / Presentation / Workshop etc. in his region to keycustomer segments.

4. To promote Companys brandimage acceptance and awareness to customers in hisregion.

5. To generate Business opportunities toprepare MIS Making Presentation to customers collect marketinformation and coordination with Head Quarter atVadodara.

6. Coordination for tender activity(online as well as offline mode) for various jobs across Rajasthanand Gujarat region.

KRAs

1. Business Generation of at least Rs. 5 Cr. to 8 Cr. fromTesting and Evaluation Field Services and R&D & ExpertServices.

2. Creation of 10 nos. new Members and15 nos. new customers from his region in first year ofoperation.

3. To organize 6 nos. customer meet /Presentation / Workshop etc. in industrial region of Rajasthan /Gujarat to key customers.

4. Collection of Oldoutstanding payments from their region.

* TechnicalSkills:

1. In depthknowledge of Business Development of Testing of ElectricalEquipment in DISCOMS TRANSCO and GENCOS.

2.Knowledge of any Electrical Equipment testing / specification Codesshall be advantageous.

3. Knowledge of Fieldservices e.g onsite testing Energy Audit Electrical and MechanicalDiagnostics Power Systems study Harmonics analysis etc. aredesirable.

*ITSkills:

1. GoodKnowledge of MS Word EXCEL and Power Point presentation is must.
