**Primary Responsibilities**:
ØObserving Market opportunities and maintain a record of every opportunity

ØCold Calling after understanding the client’s business exposure to provide the best solutions to the client on their insurance program

ØNetworking is extremely important to understand how competition is behaving and planning the right strategy while approaching a prospect

ØCreating a database of prospective clients. Maintaining constant touch with them by identifying key stakeholder and decision makers on corporate Insurance program.

ØSustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipate new opportunities.

ØUpdate knowledge by participating in programs on Insurance mandated by IRDA; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; attending training programs.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
ØUnderstanding the prospect / client’s business and risk exposures.

ØCoordinating with the Team Leader and right team members within the organization to represent Prudent’s capabilities by conducting Risk Analysis review / Gap Analysis to win thje confidence of the customer / prospect

ØCold Calling and Proper Record Keeping

ØPositioning the right sale looking at the clients business exposure and requirements

ØEnsuring Intellectual engagement with customers

ØNegotiating with the broking team to procure the terms and conditions received from the insurers to meet the client’s requirements.

ØMeeting the prospect/client with the recommendation of cover.

ØOnboarding Servicing Team on the account to ensure timely endorsement issuance, report issuance, and advocating on behalf of the client at the time of claim or any other requirements.

üSelf-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, honest, intelligent, knowledgeable and Team Player

üProven ability to do consultative and concept selling

ü**Fluency in English communication skills, both written and oral, is a must.
