- Stakeholder communication

**Requirements**:
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc skills and experience
- ServiceNow product knowledge is required (specifically on the ITSM/HRSD/ITOM module)
- Experience in UI test automation using any of the available tools (ServiceNow ATF, selenium, etc.)
- Experience in API test automation using any of the available tools (rest-assured etc.)
- Experience in using/following - Jiira, confluence, test case management, test strategies and execution plan.
- Experience in Agile QA processes, In-Sprint testing, and Signoffs using SCRUM methodology
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
